II. On-Site Overview

This report focuses on the on-site after-sales service provided for a batch of vortex flowmeters supplied by the company. During the on-site operation of the vortex flowmeters, some issues occurred, requiring Q&A and debugging. After arriving at the site, we conducted a detailed inspection and testing of the meters, and took corresponding measures to address the problems. The total duration of this after-sales service was 4 hours and 20 minutes. Although we were tired and exhausted, we took great pleasure in solving the problems for the customer.

III. On-Site Issues and Solutions


Problem Description: The flowmeter is incompatible with the control system.

Solution: After inspection and debugging, we identified that the communication protocol between the control system and the flowmeter was incompatible. We assisted the customer in reconfiguring the communication protocol of the control system and conducted tests; the system is now operating normally.

IV. After-Sales Service Summary

During this on-site after-sales service, we promptly identified the issues and adopted effective solutions to address them. Throughout the process, we maintained good communication with the customer and received their understanding and support. Through this service, we not only resolved the customer's problems but also further strengthened our relationship with them.
