Features:

It features a simple and robust structure, resistant to fluid erosion, with no moving parts, enabling easy installation, operation and maintenance.

The wedge block can undergo hardening treatment, ensuring wear resistance, a long service life and high reliability.

Adopting a dual-flange pressure tapping with anti-clogging structure, it can perform high-precision flow measurement for fluids with high viscosity and low Reynolds number (Reynolds number > 300). It is particularly suitable for measuring high-viscosity or contaminated media without clogging and maintenance requirements, such as residual oil, asphalt, sandy crude oil, mud, mineral slurry, tar, black water and gray water. Meanwhile, it can easily measure gases (e.g., coke oven gas), liquids, steam and even multiphase flows.

Turndown ratio: 10:1

All units undergo actual flow calibration before leaving the factory, with a maximum accuracy of Class 0.5; even without calibration, the accuracy can still reach approximately 3%.

It has self-cleaning capability and no stagnant flow area to prevent clogging. Its structural design facilitates the smooth passage of liquids containing suspended particles or viscous liquids.

Pressure tapping method:

Bidirectional measurement is achievable, and a heat preservation jacket can be added.
